Clarence Hollow is a wonderful place to tour and explore and is easily accessible from both Buffalo and Rochester. Whether you come for an hour, a day, or a week, you will enjoy the historic charm of the hamlet.

It's not surprising that Clarence Hollow, located about 12 miles east of Buffalo is called the "Antiques Capital of Western New York". The hamlet, which is in the oldest township in Erie County, has managed to maintain more than artifacts from the past. Many of its historic buildings have been preserved as well.

The town of Clarence, when it was established in 1808, included the entire northern portion of the county including the city of Buffalo.

The merchants and residents of Clarence Hollow welcome you to our site and hope that you will find it useful and informative. We have many different kinds of shops, boutiques and places of interest. Please follow the links to your desired destination.

CHA President Don Boyd Jr. steps down after 8 years leading our organization. Members and guests at the December 17, 2009 meeting honored Don with a thank you gift for his service. Pictured are Flora Leamer, treasurer, and Elaine Wolfe, secretary, presenting Don with gift certificates from every Clarence Hollow Association restaurant member.
